Prior to founding Champions League, Grace was a Parallel-Preneur (Executive / Management Level Professional) who aspired to branch out and expand her ability beyond the corporate world. This included her desire to start her own business. However, she needed a little nudge to take that leap of faith, to jump and grow wings on her way to realizing her dream. She did, “she jumped and grew wings after encountering many obstacles, but growing from lessons learned.” Yes, she enjoyed many successes, but there were a few stumbling blocks encountered along the way as well. These lessons, however, were the catalysts for her developing a process and specific strategic plan that was intentional for entrepreneurial growth and development. 

Grace owned her own business that managed over 3.5 million dollars yearly for almost 10 years. Grace always says emphatically, “I made both big and small mistakes on my journey, but I’m better because of the experiences.” In hindsight she says “I wish I’d had a Championship Organization or coach back then as I do now.” As a result, she now utilizes and shares her experiences with others; while also embracing her passion; which is working hand in hand with Keynote Speakers in any industry; with a specialty in Executive Coaching and Leadership Development. She is a well known Project Manager and Event Planner, hosting for years her own highly attended speaking events. As a part of her personal development, she sought to be trained by one of the World’s foremost Leadership Geru’s; she partnered with Toastmasters, John C. Maxwell the world’s #1 authority on Leadership and Personal Growth and well as Les Brown.
